Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Return window: Standard returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, complete and returned in original packaging. Certain categories (custom fittings, sealed consumables) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to return: Email [email protected] with your order number, SKU(s) and reason for return. Ship returns to:
Room 101, Building 2, Phase II, Wanda Plaza, Jingshan Subdistrict, Jinghu District, Wuhu, Anhui, China.

Inspection & refunds: Returns are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are refundable only when the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival).

Partial refunds & restocking: If returned items show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned after the allowed period, we may apply a partial refund or restocking fee (typically up to 15%). We will notify you before finalizing any deduction.

Defective or incorrect items: Report damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. For verified defects we offer repair, replacement or full refund — including original return postage when applicable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are handled by returning the original item for refund and placing a new order, unless we confirm stock and offer an immediate exchange option in your RA.

For high-value returns, use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage. Jackvento is not responsible for customer-returned items lost in transit without tracking and insurance.
